Welcome to the wonderful world of ballistic cargo delivery! With missile delivery systems becoming cheaper by the year, it is only a matter of time before they can be used to resupply areas otherwise unreachable by land, sea or air.
This idea was inspired by the current siege of Mariupol, which is an excellent example of a situation in which ballistic missiles could be effectively used to keep an army supplied with weapons, ammunition, food and water. And the cost could be reduced an additional order of magnitude by remotely landing the missile chassis for reuse in subsequent missions.
Also, let's face it: ballistic missiles are in desperate need of some form of saving grace. For their own benefit, it must be shown that they are capable of carrying more than just weapons of war. And this is that chance.
